Answer
Atkt, during sexual arousal the prostate gland & seminal vesicles manufactures fluid that account for the majority of the semen. The seminal vesicles are paired structures located behind the prostate gland that are also sensitive to sexual excitement.  Sperm from the testicles (which account for only 1-2 % of the semen) travel up a series of tubes (epididymis and vas deferens) on each side to join the seminal vesicles forming the paired ejaculatory ducts.  These structures empty into the prostatic portion of the urethra.  At the time of ejaculation, fluid is discharged from the prostate gland and ejaculatory ducts into the urethra (urinary canal) forming the semen.  The average semen volume is 2-6 cc.  With the inception of ejaculation, the bladder neck closes and the semen is forced forward out the urethra by contraction of the pelvic muscles.

Retrograde ejaculation occurs when the bladder neck does not close  at the initiation of ejaculation.  This results in semen taking the path of least resistance which is backward into the bladder rather than forward out the urethra.  with ejaculation, usually no or minimal semen is noted coming from the end of the penis.  As you do not describe this, you do not have retrograde ejaculation.  for the sake of completeness, further information on this disorder follows.  This can be congenital or acquired.  Most often is due to malfunction of the pelvic nerves that stimulate closure of the bladder neck.  Common causes of this are pelvic surgical damage and certain diseases of the nervous system such as diabetes, multiple sclerosis & spinal injuries.  Certain medications (such as those used for high blood pressure and emotional problems) may also produce this side effect.  The diagnosis is made by examination of the first voided urine specimen obtained after ejaculation.  The presence of semen elements, namely sperm, on examination of the urine clinches the diagnosis.  The treatment depends on the cause but sometimes drugs in the same class as Sudafed may help to stimulate bladder neck closure with ejaculation.

The changes you see in your semen are normal variations and do not in themselves infer any disease.  Normally the semen is somewhat viscous, opalescent and whitish gray in color.  However, depending on many factors including frequency of ejaculation, diet, general health, etc., the volume, consistency and color of the semen can vary.  Thickened semen usually occurs if one ejaculates infrequently and is due to concentration of that portion formed in the seminal vesicles.   If portions of the semen are retained in the seminal vesicles, one often will notice coagulated, waxy particulate matter in the semen or urine.  This does not imply disease.   Occasional clear semen is not a specific sign of disease.  A brown or red tint to the semen is a sign of bleeding, usually from the prostate gland.  Although prostate bleeding is generally  of a benign nature, it is best to have this evaluated by a urologist.

The symptoms of testicular discomfort and low back pain relieved by ejaculation suggest that they are due to congestion of the prostate gland.  The latter, however,  is unusual in men who ejaculate as often as you do (2-3 times a day) being much more common in those who ejaculate infrequently.    It may be that you have an inflammation of the prostate gland, so called prostatitis.  I suggest you see a urologist to have this possibility checked out.  Regardless none of these conditions will cause problems with you sex or married life,  Good luck.
