Bumps can mean a number of things. If it's painless, there's a chance that it could be molluscum contagiosum. Don't worry about the scary name. It's harmless and benign, but can cause complications if you are immunosuppressed. Also, it is extremely contagious and can spread throughout your body if you touch it and expose it to other parts of your body. Don't scratch or pick or do anything to it, and keep it covered if you're in contact with anyone else. Because it's so easily spread throughout the body, it can take 6 months - 4 years to heal. There are treatment options available, but they're not pleasant.
