Urology/Uti hypospadias

I had hypospadias surgery as adult 12 years ago.  Mild.  I had long recovery after which I got uti and kidney infection. I was dilated  given antibiotics.  Recently I had diahrrea which may have been the infection or causes it but I got another infection causing fever and chills.  Only side effect of operation is that when I ejaculate a little is left and I have to milk it. 12 yrs ago my urologist said this was ok.  I'm ok now what should I do in terms of exam

Hypospadia surgery and diarrhea is unrelated. If you run a fever with this condition I would see a physician ASAP due to a possible systemic infection. this means it can be in your blood stream and that can be life threatening so do not hesitate!
