have never been on any antidepressant drugs before after i had an accident with panic attacked a few weeks ago so i went to see the doctor after a few days.He prescribe Seroxat 20mg (only takes half) which I have been taken for 6 days now and I have symptoms of sexual disfunction, I can not get any erection at all I'm afraid this will be permanent as I have been reading about PSSD a lot on the internet this makes me go crazy right now.
Please help

Answer
Joe:

Medications like Seroxat can have sexual side effects, particularly with delayed ejaculation.  Since your problem began with the medication, its reasonable to assume that this is medication related.  Talk to your physician about trying a different medication for your panic attacks.
