Urology/swollen scrotum

My scrotum has swollen to about the size of a cantalope over the past 2 weeks and is becoming evermore larger and evermore painful!
am a OTR truck driver and am 6' 7" 600# 47yrs

The most common causes for scrotal enlargement is a hydrocele where fluid accummulates around the testes.  There can also be an infection of the testicle called orchitis and rarely a tumor can appear similarly but this would be unusual in your age group.  Have this checked out by your family physician or contact a local urologist.
