i have pain in left testis and this pain related to left kidney sometimes this pain come to kidney sometimes pain in ureter without any burning in urination without any excretion in urine also i feel that there is relation between kidney and testis in this pain i have 32 years please if u can answer me

There is no specific medical disorder that ties in pain from the kidney, ureter and testicle on a regular basis although a kidney stone can do this although it would not be tied into urination.  You may need to consult a urologist and have the urinary tract checked at some point to determine if there is a correctable cause.
