Urology/ureter polyp or transitional cell carcinoma

I had a ct with possible ureter polyp or transitional cell carcinoma..appt in 2 weeks with urologist...question: I feel like gass is coming out of my urinary tract after I pee...also run low grade temps now and then out of the blue..are they related and what does t his gas mean?   Thanks!!

If there is gas or air coming out with the urine, it suggests a fistula or an abnormal passage between the urinary tract and some part of the bowel, usually the large intestine.  This fistula most likely has nothing to do with the ureteral polyp or mass which still needs to be better diagnosed.  Your urologist will be able to check this out for you.
