Urology/What the sign and symptoms of hypospadias

Is this hypospadias
Is this hypospadias
Can it be considered as one of the sign and symptoms of Hypospadias? The glans is almost fully covered by the foreskin? Will it affect the sexual ability of a man?

The foreskin covering the glans is NOT a sign of hypospadius.  It is normal in men who have not been circumcised.  Unless there is a problem with the foreskin such as infection or closure of the opening, it should not affect voiding or sexual performance.  Check with a local physician if it ever bothers you.
