Urology/Testicle Enlargement

If I understand correctly, the testicles become larger when a man is aroused or before and during intercourse.  What causes this increase in testicle size? Can the accumulation of sperm cause the testicles to become larger?

I thank you for your reply

You are incorrect.  The actual size of the testicles and testes does not change.  However, the testicles may hang lower during arousal which is due to the reduction in tension in the cremasteric muscle that controls testicle descent.  This may make them appear larger but they are actually the same size they always were.

Accumulation of sperm does not make the testicles larger.  The volume is too small and the covering of the testicles is too strong asnd inelastic to allow any enlargement.
