Urology/Injury in scrotum

Hello doctor,
In my earlier question(5068845)to you, I forgot to ask one important doubt. Is there any generalized test, which I can make use of and find whether I am sexually fit (like sperm health, erection, scrotum health) for my partner. Please advise as I am planning to get married soon.

You can do a semen analysis to check on sperm count, but there is no specific test for scrotal, sperm and penile health.  If it appears that there is a problem, we address it separately.  We do not typically order semen analysis tests unless there is a good reason to think there is or will be a problem.
