Urology/stretching problem

my friend has a problem in stretching his muscle in the penis as he says that there is attachment of muscle in the penis so i want a concrete answer on it so that i can help him out . he is worried and i think his board exam will not be affected.

I'm glad you asked.  There is no muscle in the penis which can be stretched.  If you try, you may very well permanently injure the nerves and blood vessels in the penis causing a variety of erection and penis problems.  Just look into the long list of questions on this forum about damage to the penis done while doing such exercises called Jelking.  We strongly recommend against doing this.
