Urology/testicular and abdominal pain

i suffer from frequent pain and discomfort in both testicles and abdomen, the pain and discomfort get wore when sitting and less or some times disappear when standing ,also when i feel the testicles
with hand there is a specific point that hurt the more which lies in the lower part of testicle, i have made Doppler ultrasound test for testicle for Varicocele but no varicocel found.

p.s :i have kidney stones

best regards

Your testicular pain could be from the kidney stones.  Varicoceles don't usually hurt but other problems in the testicles such as spermatoceles often do cause pain.  A hernia and prostatitis can reproduce a similar pain at times.  You should consult with a urologist to better identify your particular problem.
