i have light painless  red urine  which lasted 1 day at end of day it was pink i drink lot of water that day i went ti urine test rbc was nil blood test was normal and ultrasound of abdomen was normal
a person told me it could be symptom of bladder cancer is it true
i am 15 year old young boy from india


We have answer before, I think.  

Bladder cancer would be highly unusual and unlikely in your age group.  Ultrasound alone is not reliable or accurate enough to be the only imaging study used as we usually use the CT scan instead.  However, each case in individuals under 19 years of age is a bit unique so you shoudl check with a pediatric urologist if one is available.
