Indarjit,

This condition is very frustating nd i can understand what you are going through.I cant exactly tell u the cure but you can follow the below for some relief on this condition.

1.Try  to meet a urologist who can perform prostate massages on u.This could be helpful for drainage of prostate.

2.Drink plenty of water.

3.Avoid caffeine, alcohol, meat etc. as this can irritate your prostate.

4.Avoid sexual ,thoughts fantasises and sex for sometime.

5.Long time antibiotic course is necessary even if it is  non bacterial prostatitis.

Most imp dont lose hope even if u  didnt find cure but still u can control this problem by urself .So gud luck.
