Sir, My son 3 and a  half year old weighs 14kg was suffring frm stomach pain occasioally, not severe,in a mild form dissappars aftr 5 minuts and again he complains the same aftr eating, after 3 daysultrasound scanning was done showing everything normal except ,MILD PELVICALYCEAL SYSTEM FULLNSS SEEN IN THE LEFT KIDNEY EVEN AFTER POSTURINATION DONE, FOLLOW UP REQUIRED,, he is suffering frm viral fever now, atibiotic TAXIM-O IS GIVEN.No other majorsymptoms seen,he is eating and drinking, stools and urine passage normal is there anything 2 worry, please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's probably nothing, but when his current problems are over, it may be necessary for him to see a pediatric urologist to determine if the left kidney is OK or if there is some other problem such as reflux.  Most of the time, these readings are nothing to worry about, but follow his physician's advice.
