Question
sir iam suffering from varicocele from 4 yrs nd from past 7 months i hav pain in my left kidney nd feels like its been enlarged from inside, And i wanna know am i suffering from renal cell carcinoma nd does this varicocele hinder muscle growth nd can i workout having it ?

Answer
Todak:

The pain in your kidney area has nothing to do with any varicocele.  While a varicocele is associated with renal cell cancer, such occurrences are extremely rare.

Varicoceles do not hinder muscle growth and should not interfere with physical exercise.  However, since you are having pain, you should consult a physician to determine if the kidney is actually the source of your pain or not.
