hello sir
i am a 45 year old male taking no medication in good health
a bit overweight.
i wake up with erections each morning and can have erections.
now when i masurbate i ejaculate but dont have the pleasure like before
like ejaculation and no orgasm.
never happend before.
i had my testerone done last october and it was
5.30ng/ml
reference(1.4-9.2)
done 8.30 am
before i had intense orgasms.
could it be stress.
im going through a very bad divorce.
the rest of my blood tests were good .

Michael:

Stress is one possibility, but there could also be other issues such as prostatitis or diabetes.  Check with your regular local physician to be sure.

Unfortunately, there is no specific therapy for reduced orgasmic sensation other than to identify and treat any potentially underlying causative problem.
