Urology/frequent urination


sir i am 24 year old male. i have been masturbating since last 12 years and this would get worse when i masterbated .i have a problem of frequent urination about 10 to 15 times daily .now i have quit this bad activity.
i know i have almost destroy my life.
do i need to consult any doctor or take vitamins and fruits to avoid frequent urination problem.


Your frequent urination has nothing to do with masturbation.  If it did, everyone would have this problem. There is nothing "bad" about masturbation; everybody does it.

You have not destroyed your life or anything else.

However, your frequent urination is a problem.  You should talk to your physician about that.  Meanwhile, avoid hot spices and caffeine and this might help.
