Urology/foreskin problem

Hello Sir, I am 25 years male. I am facing problem with my foreskin. When flaccid i can able to pull the foreskin freely. I am starting washing it in bathing from last 4 months. Before that i never did. During erection, foreskin is not coming back in a natural way. If i pull it, then its forms a ring behind gland. Initially it used to pain lot, now pain is not that much. I feel it's all because of small frenulum. Also i have black marks on back of foreskin and on Glan. Kindly advice what needs to be done for this.

Thanks in advance.

First, be sure that the foreskin is replaced ahead of the penis after sex and cleaning.  If not, it can get stuck and tighten down causing pain and swelling of the head of the penis.

If the frenulum is tight, there really is not much you can do.  It will take a small surgery to free it up and release it.  You should consult a local urologist to see if this is necessary.
