Question
My boyfriend and I would like to explore cock rings but I'm wondering if his medical history would be a problem. He had a heart attack 2 years ago and ended up with 2 stints shortly afterwards. He does not take blood thinners but does take high blood pressure medicine. Can you tell me if this would be a problem?

Answer
Janice:

If his physicians have indicated that it is safe for him to have sexual intercourse, then it's not an issue.  However, I do not recommend cock rings.  I've had to cut them off men from time to time when they become tight or stuck and they can do some damage.
