Good day friend,

can you please tell me if there is a medicine or some ways to end/ease a prolong erection after the insertion of a penile injection?

Thank you

First, if you are getting a prolonged erection from a penile injection, you are probably using too much.  We typically try to dose an injection to produce 30-60 minutes of regidity.  More than 90 minutes would be considered clearly too long.

Antidotes for penile injections involve using medications with an opposite effect.  Since penile injections to cause erections are muscle relaxants, the reversal injection would be some type of muscle stimulant.  We typically use medications like epinephrine and phenylephrine for this purpose, but they have to be carefully diluted and dosed or they can cause harm.  Therefore, these medications are not typically given to patients for home or regular use but only in hospitals and clinics for emergency treatment.
