Op, how did u get this problem? Sounds like the symptom known as hard flacckd? Some pllz get it from pelvic floor issues, others from an injury. If it's through an injury, it could be a tear In the bucks fascia. Google hard flaccod confirmed through surgery and read the thread on peforums.  If stress or pelvic floor related, u may need to see a pelvic physio. If injury related, u need to find a surgeon to possibly look at the bucks fascia but this may be harder as scans don't usually show anything on it. Or take cialis and try and live with it
