Urology/Post surgery penile retraction

My fiancÚ had a Prostatectomy about 6 years ago. This was done by Robotics.
Since then, his penis is almost totally retracted, and his scrotum quite elevated.
He does not have pain, but was told to "pull on it" by  the urologist with no success.
He does not have incontinence but urination is an awkward event.
His past history includes intestinal resection for diverticulitis.
His quality of life is so hampered and is becoming quite frustrated.
Would you please advise what steps to take

There are problems with radical prostate surgery as he had discovered. Ubfoftunately, there are no goid or simple solugions. Penile retraction is common and this is not easily reversible since it relates to the surgery. He needs to consult a local urologist to see what xsn still be fone. Use of a vacuum erection device may sometimes help.
