Urology/Foreskin on penis white veins

Good day,
My foreskin of the penis is with several white veins connected, they are thick needle. They intersect other veins which are with blood. They are palpable and visible during erection or without. Other veins are like slightly thickened and redder. Do not hurt does not itch. Please make suggestions and help because they are nervous.

There are no white veins in the foreskin. I suspect these are either lymphatic channels or, more likely, scar tissue. Thus often occurs in diabetics.

Since I cannot diagnose the problem from here, please have it checked by your local physician.
