Question I am a incomplete SCI, and I have tried both drugs, and Cialis has provided the highest level of erection, although not really a useable erection. I have only taken cialis at the 20mg level. Can a person combine both of these safely? I don't believe an erection lasting 4 hours would be even a be a worry. What is the highest dose that can be taken of Cialis?
Answer There is no data on the use of such combinations although many of use who see alot of male ED will occasionally use this. You will need to consult a good urologist with experience in ED who is comfortable offering this to you.
Combinations can have unpredictible results. Look what happened when they added nitrate (nitro) to glycerine; they got nitroglycerine! A prolonged erection could pretty much destroy your remaining function.
There is no evidence that doses higher than 20 mg have any benefit, only increased side effects.
