Question Hello Sir,
Im 21 ,I have a very disturbing problem ,2-3 months back I had a bad fever and flu.Since then Im suffering from constant semen leakage, the leakage stops at times ,but usually i have my underwear wet with white spots(without any sensation or arouse) Is this a symptom of Sexual weakness ?im really worrieed .I consulted my family Dr. and he has prescribed me Antibiotic for Urinal Tract Infection. I have been taking the medicine for a week now .but that doesnt seem to work .Kindly HELP ME!! im really worried :( is it curable?
Answer The antibiotic was not for a urinary tract infection I suspect, but for urethritis. What you are describing is not semen leaking (it almost never does that) but a discharge, most likely NSU (non-specific urethritis) or something similar. Such problems are not symptomatic of sexual weakness. They are infections. It's possible a different antibiotic will need to be used. You may want to consult a urologist or infectious disease specialist in this case. Such problems are curable.
