-----Question-----
Just today I noticed that after I urinated there was some sort of discharge on my penis it did not have any odor and it was clear. What do you think this is and should I have this checked and by what kind of doctor ?
Thank You
Garcia
-----Answer-----
A discharge after urinating is either some urine left in the passage, secretions from Cowper's ducts or possibly from the periurethral glands. It is unlikely to be anything serious, but you should consult a urologist to have it checked out.
Answer Yes, of course it does. A discharge immediately after a bowel movement is almost certainly prostatic fluid. The same fluid can be expressed by a digital rectal examination that massages the prostate. The bowel movement does essentially the same thing.
