Question
Hi Doctor Leslie,  I am a 22 year old College Student.  About 1 year ago I had noticed that sometimes when I masturbated quickly my semen would ooze out instead of shoot out with force like it normally does.  This happened after I started dating a girl I was dating at the time.  Shortly after I broke up with her, EVERY time i masturbated my semen would ooze out and not shoot out.  I stopped masturbating for about 3 months, had some wet dreams (which did not seem like they had the same substance and amount as before) and tried to masturbate again.  I felt the muscles in my groin contracting just as they used to and expected my semen to ejaculate quite far, but once again it merely just oozed out of my penis.  Is something wrong with me?  Could there be some sorta partial blockage in my tracts or could this be an STD.  This seems to be a problem because I now dont enjoy the act of ejaculating as much as I used to.  I guess seeing it fly out was a mental thirst quencher?

Answer
Most likely what you have is called retrograde ejaculation.  This is where the semen goes backwards into the bladder instead of out the penis.  Except for issues of fertility and the psychological aspects, it's not a critical disease.  Once infection are ruled out, there is treatment for the retrograde ejaculation but this is usually reserved for couples trying for a pregnancy rather than for recreational use.

While possible, it is unlikely to be due to an STD or "partial blockage" in the "tracts".

You should consult your physician or a urologist for an examination to confirm this and for advice on treatment.
