Question I am 44 during the past year I have had issues with quick ejaculation. Within 1-2 minutes of inner course I just can not hold back. I have tried Cialis to "fix"this issue and while it does seem to help some for the 2nd or 3rd time it really does not help for the first. About 4 months ago I had a kidney stone that I was told was about 6mm that I do not know that it ever passed, although I did get some small snow flake like stuff at one time while filtering. Most recently I have noticed an uncomfortable area mid penis during sex and have felt what seems like a hard place mid penis that almost feels like there is something inserted almost in the dead center middle.
I am concerned that these things together are telling me something. The lump is uncomfortable when squeezed slightly and is very concerning.
I hope you can make some sense of this.
Answer Not really. I can't tell if the "lump" is a Peyronie's plaque or possibly related to a kidney stone. Quick or premature ejaculation is not usually treatable with Cialis which is designed for erection rigidity problems. You should consult a urologist for these problems and to see what happened to the stone. Ask about a 24 hour urine test for kidney stone prevention if you're at all interested.
