The text above is a follow-up to ...
-----Question-----
I have frequent urinations and no sperm when having sex It just started within the last month Could it be enlarged prostrate blocking the sperm, there is pain in that area also
-----Answer-----
Enlarged prostate does not usually block semen flow. Most likely you have retrograde ejaculation where the semen goes back into the bladder instead of outside. This could be from medication as several have side effects that cause retrograde ejaculation such as Flomax.
Consult a urologist to see if these problems can be treated better.
Answer No, pain pills will not usually cause a problem with ejaculation. Even if they did, they would wear off and things should work OK then.
The pain you're having could indicate infection, prostatitis, urethritis, a blocked ejaculatory duct or some other problem. Consult a urologist for a more definitive answer.
