Question I would be obliged if you would kindly let me know the function of Tamsulosin Hydrochloride, 0.4 mg. I guess "Urimax dynapress" is a classification on which I wish to know.
Enormous thanks!
Cordially
Greg
Answer Tamsulosin is known commercially as Flomax. It is a selective alpha blocker medication but is more selective than most as it targets the prostate. It's function is to relax tension in the male lower urinary tract and prostate. It's a treatment for prostate urinary problems in men where it relaxes tension in the prostate improving urinary flow. It's also been shown to be helpful in lower ureteral stones where it relaxes tension in the ureter and helps stones to pass.
