Question
hi i am a 17 year old guy and when my penis is erect it stands up almost vertically, maybe like 20 degrees off my body. It is also very stiff and hard to move more than like 10 degrees down. Is this normal? Will I still be able to have normal sex? Is there anything i can do to fix this? Will forcing it down damage it? please help

Answer
Yes, this is normal.  If you wait a few years, the ligament that holds it up will gradually stretch a little and the angle will be less acute.  There's nothing to fix.  Yes, forcing it down will not only hurt, but you could damage or stretch the ligament which will cause too much stretching and lack of support latter in life.  My advice is to leave it alone and use it normally.  It doesn't sound like there's anything wrong.

If you're still not sure, consult a urologist for an expert opinion.
