I also suffer from this condition and I find regular sex eases the cysts and even makes them even smaller.

I had an epidermoid cyst of the testes and experienced groin & lower back pain, depression, low testosterone levels etc. I had it surgically removed and started to put on muscle mass and all symptoms went away, I could relax and think properly. It has now came back and after personally studying my experience I am convinced the cause is muscle fatique in sexual ability .i.e. instead of freely ejaculating the muscle is fatiquing and withholding siemen, forming a cyst. This can be prevented by avoiding sexual activity after sport etc and times when testosterone levels are lower.
