Phenylephrine is often helpful in tightening the internal sphincter and helping with retrograde ejaculation; but in this case the nerves to the ejaculatory mechanism were destroyed in order to do the cancer surgery.  The phenylephrine may be worth a try, but in this case the odds are not great that it will help.  Sorry.

I just had this surgery done a little over a month ago as well. I'm 20 years old and can no longer have kids. It's pretty overwhelming I must say. Any advice?
