haw can you avoid pre mature e-jaculation

i am an active 30 years old man ;when the problem start about two years a go it wasn't as bad as it is today ;after i urinate i keep getting a drops of urine forth next 10 & 15 minutes i still feel like there is a urine coming through my vessel and i feel unusual burning pain in my bottom vessel ,now a days i start experiencing erection problem and pre ejaculating i don't know what to do  this thing is getting me stressed .

This could be prostatitis, urethritis or some other infection.  The post void dribbling may be normal or related to medications or prostatitis.  My guess would be prostatitis.  You should consult a urologist to get this properly treated.  If I'm right, then all the symptoms will disappear once the prostatitis is eliminated.

Answer
There are two basic treatments for premature ejaculation.  One is sex therapy which involves short term "touching" exercises that gradually increase control.  The other is with medication, usually an SSRI type similar to Prozac. Ask your physician about which treatment might be best for you.
