Question
I'm 27 year old female. I'm in a sexual relationship with a male right now. He is only my 2nd sexual partner.  My problem is that he seems to be producing a HUGE amount of precum. Really it is a copious amount. It is very luby and clear, it feels much the same as KY Jelly, only more natural.  When we started to fool around it comes out so much that I actually thought he was ejaculatiing the first time. If I give him oral sex I can feel it and see it erupting very slowly and not as forceful as actual ejaculation.  It does not bother me greatly, I'm just wondering if there is something wrong such as a medical condition.  It does in fact aid me in my lubrication and actually makes the intercourse part better for me.  oh, he also produces so much I can stimulate him with my hands and don't even have to use any lube. He is circumsiced and I can stimulate him just as if I had applied a large amount of KY.  He is almost 39.  He is only on blood pressure medicaton. His orgasm and regular ejaculation seems normal.  Also, his penis seems to not have any "free skin" to aid him in masturbation. It almost seems like his penis skin is too tight.

Also, I'm more attracted to him than I was with my first partner, but I can't seem to have an orgasm from him thru sex alone. I had it often.. almost always from my first person.

His penis seems quite small... Around 4.5 inches erect where my other partner was rather large and girthy around 7inches.  I found this to be so strange because my current partner is almost 7 feet tall and my last partner is a much smaller guy in build and frame only around 6ft.

Also, he has been asking me about the posibility of anal sex. I've never done that before. Does it pose any risk to me? Or for him?  There is over a ten year difference in us and he is much more experienced.  I did it once with my first parnter and it hurt very bad. I'm thinking that with his much smaller size and extra lube it may be stimulating and fun.

Sorry so many questions,
Looking forward to a response

Answer
Angela, pre-ejaculate ("precum") is a normal secretion of a mucous like material from the paired Cowper glands that empty into a man's proximal urethra.  These glands are analogous to the Bartholin glands near the female introitus.  They discharge is produced in response to sexual arousal.  The amount of pre-ejaculate varies greatly with each individual but will be larger if one has not been sexually stimulated for a while.  The function of the male  pre-ejaculate is to lubricate the urethra thus allowing the semen to be discharged more easily. The Cowper glands gradually become smaller with age and the secretion, likewise, lessens over time.

Believe me, his skin is not too tight to masturbate.  If he can have intercourse to ejaculation, he can also masturbate to ejaculation.  I doubt that his is penile skin is not a problem for him - just ask.  The size of the penis again varies greatly smong individuals and is not especially related linearly to height.  The majority of men have an erect penis in the 4-6 inch range.  Other than some discomfort initially until one gets used to anal sex, it should pose no greater risk to you than vaginal intercourse (as far as STDs are concerned). Since the anus normally is colonized  by bacteria, it is reasonable to have him wash the penis before trying vaginal insertion after anal sex.  This will reduce your risk of developing a vaginal or urinary tract infection.

Good luck.
