Question I have no sensation in my penis anymore...no sensation from the head of my penis.......it has been going on for a bout 2 month....when i have sex i have erections, and orgasm but no sensation from the head of penis...could it be that i damaged a nerve....what's the problem...why don't i have sensation from the head of my penis anymore
Answer It's hard to say, but certainly lack of sensation is not normal. Most commonly, such problems are due to diabetes, neuropathy, alcoholism, toxic chemical exposure, surgery to the pelvis and similar problems. You should check with your family physician first who may then recommend a neurologist to look for possibly causes of the sensory nerves failure to work.
