Question I have no sensation in my penis anymore...no sensation from the head of my penis.......it has been going on for a bout 2 month....when i have sex i have erections, and orgasm but no sensation from the head of penis...could it be that i damaged a nerve....what's the problem...why don't i have sensation from the head of my penis anymore
Answer Decreased sensation in the penis suggests some type of nerve damage. Such problems can occur from various nervous system disorders, diabetes, liver failure, alcoholism and radical pelvic surgery. You should probably notify your family physician who may direct you to a neurologist to help determine the underlying cause.
