sir  ED drug like sledanfil(viagra) can creat heart rate increase?what precaution can be done to cure such side effects at this moment?

Answer
There is no evidence to support Viagra causing an increase in heart rate.  However, sexual activity alone can and does often create such an increase.  This is normally not a problem, but if a patient is not physically able to tolerate sexual activity due to severe heart disease, then he probably should not have sexual intercourse whether or not that patient needs Viagra.
