sorry for bothering  you but i have to know can varicose vains in the scrotum be detected by bloodwork,,,and how long can you go after having them until your completely and permanently infertile or before it does serious damage to your health? please get back to me!!

Answer
No, varicose veins in the scrotum cannot be detected by bloodwork.  Whatever made you think they could be?

Varicoceles do not do serious harm to your health.  In most cases, they do no harm at all.  In some cases, they may affect semen quality and fertility but the majority of men with varicoceles will have absolutely no problems at all, ever.
