Subject: Return of Used Car

Question
my brother and I purchased a used car, still under warrenty, and after considerable thought we decided not to keep it.  It had only been a 70 hours, since we bought the car when we returned it. What are our rights.

Answer
The state you reside in and who you bought the vehicle from play a huge factor in what your rights or options are.
In Texas once you sign the contract and take delivery of the vehicle and drive off property, the car is yours, I know carmax has a 72 hour return period, there are certain ways to get out of a deal but they are a lot of work and usually hiring an attorney...give me more information and I'll see what I can find out for you...
