Question
I bought a 1998 Chrysler Concorde from a dealer in PA. The car appeared to be in great shape with only 34,000 miles on it. However, I am now wondering if the dealership fixed some front-end damage and didn't divulge that information to me. The front bumper is out of alignment and the headlights look new. I've had several problems with it since I bought it. My question is: Are dealerships by law required to divulge that the vehicle was repaired prior to resale?

My first question that come to mind, you most likely bought this car AS IS ?
Yes all dealers are to report known facts, but will simply state was unaware, it's a battle you will never win, thousands of consumers buy accident repaired vehicle's every single day without knowing the true facts.
The educated buyer will demand a history report from dealer or will have paid for this information through AutoCheck or Carfax, we live and learn as we go, am sure buying your next vehicle you will be much wiser. If you would have had the chance to study the buying process on my website you would have known all facts prior to purchase.
