Question
my wife has a bank account with Bank of America. i currently don't have a bank account due to chexsystems.  i have a refund check coming in the mail and i was wondering how can i transfer the check to her so she can cash or deposit in her account.

Answer
The best way is to go to the bank together.  You can sign the refund check over to her and she can deposit or cash it for you.

If it is a US Treasury check all banks with a National Charter, including BofA, must cash these checks as long as you have proper ID.
