Question
if you sell an item online and the person gives you there credit card number how do you get cash

Answer
Unfortunately, you have to have merchant ability, which means that you have to be able to take credit cards. Without that ability, there is no way to get the money. you cannot just call the credit card company or something like that. Without having that ability, there is nothing that you can do. Sorry.
