QUESTION: Hi I have permission to access my manager calendar, he schedule one meeting but wrongly added unwanted person name in that meeting, when i tried to remove the name its show error "Object variable not set", kindly advice me to overcome this issue
ANSWER: Hi,
You may have permission to access his calendar but you should use his id to make any changes to the meeting he scheduled.
"Object variable set" is a lotus script code error. Without using the debugger, I will not be able to tell you where this error is happening.

Hi,
As I mentioned before, "Object variable not set" is a lotus script code error, which comes up when one of the variables (such as doc, view etc.) is not initialized.
If you are a skilled and experienced notes programmer, you can turn on the debugger and find out where in the code this error is generated. The code may be faulty or the data on your calendar entry is faulty.
If you are not a notes programmer, contact your application development group and get their help.
