Question
is there a way of copying/moving a folder from one inbox account to another in full rather than one email at a time as this is very time consuming.

Answer
Hi,

You can copy all the documents in the folder and move them into the other folder. But this has to be done using a lotus script agent.

There are methods in lotus script to put documents into folders.

If you know programming, write the agent and run it on selected documents. If you do not, you will have to contact a notes developer and get help. Unfortunately, I do not write code in this forum.

Regards.

Paski
