Subject: Mail Rule

Question
I have a user that would like to create a rule so when certain emails come in they are moved to a folder and marked as read.  Can an agent be created for that or is notes not capable?

Answer
Hi,

I am not a fan of rules. So, will not give you any advice on that.

Regarding writing agent to do this, you will have to write this agent in the mail box. User should have designer to do this and also should know lotus script.

Then write a private agent and schedule it to run after mail arrives.

Regards.

Paski
