Question Hi ,
I accidentally replaced the design and I lost all the mails, which are in inbox but new mails, is showing in inbox. I am able to see all the mails, which are sent, received etc in VIEW.
Can you please let me know is there any way to restore my inbox as it shows all the mails.
Answer Hi,
By replacing the design, you did not lose all your mail.
The inbox is a folder and has no selection formulas and documents are deposited there. So, when you replaced the design, all documents in that folder were removed (not deleted). If you go to views, all documents, you will find all your mails.
You cannot restore the inbox to show all your old mails. The best you could do is to drag and drop the mails from the all views into the inbox.
