Question What settings do i need to do so that when i send a mail with return receipt with it, when the receiver opens the message he get a pop up window asking him for an option to return or not to return the receipt. I am designing a system where the receiver has to get a Pop up window. Thanks in advance.

Return receipt is an built in function in the notes mail box.
I have not studied that code. Your best chance is to study the code and figure it out.
However, if the receiver can disable your return receipt setting, then what use is this setting? The receiver should not be able to disable return receipt when he gets a mail from you with the return receipt. You are setting the return receipt just to ensure that the receiver got the mail and opened it.
