I followed all the steps you have mentioned for Importing addresses from Excel for the Lotus notes address book. But it is giving me error on the last stage saying "Invalid worksheet file format". Please guide me how to deal with it.

I cannot remember giving you the steps.
But, if you are trying to do a direct import using file\import, then the file should be a lotus123 file. An xls file will give this error.
However, without knowing what the sequence of steps you are doing, I cannot give you a better answer.
